Very nice people and easy to rent from.
I was in an accident and my insurance company set me up with a rental through Enterprise. They were fast, friendly, accommodating and the process was much easier than I could have imagined.
We rented multiple cars from this establishment bit this time we tried to rent an suv and they informed us when we got there were needed a credit card or we had to take something smaller. Guy was patient and friendly but would have been nice to know sooner
Great people, friendly and helpful. Just didn't like some of the new changes they have for their paperwork requirement. They do go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of though!
Booked a rental since my main vehicle was getting a motor replaced and it was getting difficult with just our second vehicle. Showed up to pick up my rental, was told they were overbooked and had no rental for me. I called my wife to come back and get me. Called to make a complaint with enterprise because I shouldn't have been able to make a reservation if they were overbooked. At the time there were 3 vehicles out front. Man told me I would only be guaranteed a vehicle if I booked 24 hours in advance. I don't recall that being anywhere on the site. We have used Enterprise several times over the years at this location and are shocked how bad service has gotten. Area manager in Helena, MT didn't see anything wrong with it and didn't seem to care.
