I loved all the staff in his office. They were nice and courtesy to me every time I went in to get my teeth cleaned or have work done. He was very nice and stayed late when he was working on my crowns. I saw him the whole time I lived in Montana.
I went to see Dr. Wilcox because my daughter and grandson have had good experiences with him. In the phone book it said he did dentures. Immediate Dentures/Denture repairs. I had two bumps on the back of my old pair of dentures and so I went to see him. I told him that I had never been able to wear bottom dentures , then he said that he could make me a pair that would fit. So I said OK. My first appointment was on May 1, 2015. I kept going in to get dentures tried on and each time they didn't fit. He would send them out and they still didn't fit. Either the top or the bottom. I had 11 appointments from the start until September 14th of 2016. I went again on September 14th of 2016. He then said that he was sending me to the denturist to get new bottoms made. I said the top ones never fit either, but he said he would pay what medicaid would pay to have the bottoms remade only. I went to the denturist who looked at the set he made and said neither top or bottom fit my mouth and the best she could do was to reline my top OLD dentures. I ended up going home and taking a finger nail file and filing down the two lumps on my old top teeth. I called Medicaid yesterday and they said since it has been over 90 days since he made the teeth they wouldn't do anything, but I should go back and work with him. He couldn't make me a pair in a year and a half then he couldn't now. He is a very good dentist and treats my daughter and grandson very kindly but he fell short with the teeth he made me. I have posted the teeth in my mouth that I ended up getting from him. As you can see I can't even close my mouth with these teeth in.
Dr. Wilcox fixed the problem I was having. The secretary is rude and because of the way she treated me I won't go back.
Erik Johnson and his staff of receptionists and dental assistants has always been very gentile and nice to me during my visits there. If I ever had an emergency situation that needed propmt attention, they always tried got me in right away. I'm Still a loyal customer today and refer all whom I know to him for dental care or denture needs.
My name is Bary Waddell, I am a happy father of 6 Beautiful children ranging from our four year old twins to our oldest Daughter who is 20. I am not the review writing type of person but I wanted to take just a minute and show my appreciation to this great dental firm. From the Receptionists to the Dentists we have always had good experiences, my twins always leave with a smile and they are excited to go back and see the crew, we have never had an issue with the billing and we love the way we are treated from the minute we call to make an appointment to the time we leave.. keep up the good work guy's and thanks for all you do.
