Arriving at 3 pm for a 3:15 pm appointment, I waited until 4:30 pm, at which time I had to leave! Not once did the staff asked what time my appointment was, nor did they inform me why the wait was so long.
Being a diabetic and needing to eat or drink something ... we had not choice than to leave without seeing the doctor. To make matters worse, the doctor's office is more than 65 miles for my community! It was a wasted trip and as of this time, no one has contacted me about the matter and what happened!
