Bought a $4000+ couch from them. One of the recliners broke. I've been trying to get it fixed under warranty for 8 months now. I keep getting the run around about parts being ordered, etc. They said it's a common problem with my model. So they sold me an expensive couch that they knew would likely break then they haven't fixed it in 8 months. The only thing I can think of that is worse than conlins in Butte is childhood cancer.
I suggest buying furniture anywhere but at Conlins. I waited forever for my furniture. When my bedroom set arrived the dresser was damaged and the bed frame was broken. Again, another long wait. My lamp doesn't work right, and have been waiting on a new one for a month. All my furniture was supposed to be fabric guarded. Just found out that had not been done either. I spent a large amount of money on all new furniture and wish now I would have taken my business to Steele's. It has been nothing but a disaster from day one!!! I wish I could give no stars but it won't allow me to post unless I give one.
I purchased a bed for my daughter. I had to take a full day off work because they didn't have an estimated time for delivery. When the guys were leaving I notice that the drawers were not there. Upon asking they said that they were unaware of them. I called the store and was offered the ones off of their floor display with no refund for the floor model. I had said that I would like the ones I ordered. I was reassured that they would be in this week. Called this morning and the man I talked with said he had no idea what I'm talking about as there are no notes and I would have to wait for the sales lady to call me back in a few days. So disappointed.
The staff is so friendly and not pushy. They let you look without being your shadow. Their prices are pretty reasonable too!
Decent selection and a huge building but the staff are either non existent or they follow you around in a stalker like fashion slightly hidden from view
