I trained with Casey for months. I have had a lot of trainers in my life and nobody has the care and the attention to detail like him. He is calculated, customized, and breaks the mold of conventional and other modern gyms. Casey brings results that you want, not results made for you on a white board, and app, or DVD. Highly recommend to anyone serious about results.
Casey and his team are knowledgeable, professional, and encouraging! The atmosphere at Kinetic is so motivating, and I love the social aspect. Workouts are fun and challenging. I would recommend it to anyone!
