I had an eye infection while on vacation. I Gooogled eye doctor and his name popped up on top. When I called the receptionist said they were about to close, but he would stay open to see if they could help. Got right in and got a prescription and was on my way to enjoy the rest of my vacation. They even found my out of state insurance info and mailed me a check for reimbursement. Thank you to Dr. Monson and his team.
Dr. Monson is such an exceptional optometrist. He takes time for his patients, explains any problems he may find in his evaluation, and he communicates well with other medical professionals involved in coordinating care. He is able to deal with the more complicated cases such as providing answers and help for people who are experiencing difficulty with their vision after a brain injury, stroke, or due to MS.
