I've always had a good experience and I've been going there a few years now. They're quick on orders, delivery, the staff is personable, and everyone's made me feel taken care of.
My son, daughter, husband, and myself all go there, and we have all had a great experience. The staff is sweet , and polite. I was born with a unique face that most of society finds offensive , but these guys acted like they didn't even notice. Great experience!
I went there for a eye check up, I was new but my mom and sister weren't. So we went through the normal stuff and they told me I had a ulcer on my cornea they said it was because of over wearing contacts so I could not get a new pair of contacts that day and I need to comeback. So we come back he only needed to take a quick look at my eye and then I would be fitted for contacts because last time I got my new prescription, but no I had to do everything over again just because well he had no reason for it. So we find out my eye is better but he switched stories instead of it being a ulcer on my cornea it was just a scratch that shouldn't effect anything so we skipped contacts for no reason. Then I go to get my contacts I already had a pair with my old eye doctor so I just needed a new pair with my new prescription. I was wrong they wanted $27 for a cornea measurement ( which is stupid because she told me my cornea was normal and wouldn't need a special measurement) then she wanted to charge me for being new there. This added up to $67 out of pocket because insurance doesn't cover it. She then told us if we did get contacts we would have to come back for another fitting. So they wanted me to pay for a fitting the appointment I just had that is going to be overpriced because of unnecessary procedures, and I would have to do that again because I know for a fact they would do that stuff again. I walked out because what there doing is pointless I would give them no stars if it was a option and I will now go to Walmart because they have more choices for glasses, they don't have mean clerks ( I forgot to mention they made me feel stupid because they made a mistake with time), and they are probably a lot cheaper. Please don't waste your time with these guys
TERRIBLE experience here. I have complex eyes, so wanted to see the doc who can do eye surgery. Well, they had a tech write my prescription, which was WAY off. The doc spent five minutes with me and never even introduced himself. Then, the $500 glasses I got were just hideous. Lenses poor quality, frames scratched. And around and around we went. I finally just asked for a refund (which they will not give me) and intend to go back to Shopko in Missoula. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Sorry, Butte - I tried.
Had two separate eye exams. The first was the check up, the second a contact lense fitting. I wish I could remember the name of the Doctor however nonetheless he was fantastic. Sherri in the contact lense department however is amazing. So upbeat, so focused on finding the perfect contacts for me and so amazing to work with. Thank you Sherri!
