This place is a joke literally a joke, if you have a emergency dental problem they are "booked"... really there was only two people in your waiting room, and you say you were a hour behind? Right the receptionists were totally unprofessional saying "deal with the pain our emergency hours ended at 10" really i have a tooth that is showing nerves bc i put my tongue ring through it... and only needed a 15 minute tooth removal. what a joke the two receptionist were totally out of line not polite nor understanding.... they just didnt want to do THEIR JOBS
I had to go to the dental part for a wisdom tooth, it was one of the worst, awkward experiences of my life. One of the receptionist (an older woman) made the visit extremely uncomfortable, unprofessional. You couldn't pay me to go back this dental clinic.
The pharmacy has Wonderful people and Great service . Always a positive experience . Thanks Guy's =)
Everyone is exceptionally helpful and considerate. They have doctors, counseling and dental all in one building. And they use a patient portal so you can access your records from anywhere
The ladies and gentlemen at the clinic are always so gracious and helpful. Each and every person at the clinic is always willing to help and if they cant they will find someone who can.
