I ordered an engagement ring from them and it had flaws from the manufacturer. Keenan ordered another one, it was also flawed, these flaws were microscopic and I would have never known they were there. They wanted it to be perfect so they ended up having one custom made by a different manufacturer. Throughout this process they never charged me any extra money even though the custom ring cost way more money and they texted me updates on the status of the ring.These people are the best example of customer service out there!! They will answer calls on there personal phones to help you out . They have my trust 100% . They will treat you like gold no matter how much money you want to spend. I wish more companies operated like Keenan's .
