Same experience in Spokane Valley Mall Buffalowild wings also last week. Just seems to be a problem with the employees. I have to say in the Valley , I requested a new server.. the Bartender starter waiting on our table , she was great at her Job. I would be back only if she was able to accommodate, she's Amazing at her Job.
Why the poor score?? There was ONE person responsible for the entire store when we were there (3:30 pm). She was behind the bar, hosting, serving 6 tables, and manning the to-go. This is ridiculous. I felt so bad for the server. Buffalo Wild Wings: you will not survive this way... 3/10
Food: 7/10 - classic b-dubs food as you will find everywhere else
Terrible service. Hair in food, no refills on water, lazy server. Just disgusting to the restaurant. Lots of workers standing around. Very unsatisfied with this Establishment.
I left a post here a few months ago and thought I would try it again. Same experience as before, old promos. Didn't have anything I wanted to order. Dinner took 45 minuets to come and I didn't even eat. What a joke of a location! Never eat here. Here is much better for much less.

Service: 7/10 - our server was fairly attentive and very friendly
Went there for lunch and stayed for football games. Great service through out the entire visit. We were never rushed out.
Food was tasty, the service was totally lacking. The server was not very attentive and we had to keep tracking her down instead of her coming back to check on us. That was sad cos there were only 5 tables full in the whole place with 3 servers.
Cleanliness: 8/10 - nice bathrooms and it is a clean newer restaurant
