Despite their best efforts when I bought my first hot tub I bought a model that was too small for my needs. After owning my tub for a few months I realized my mistake and the great folks at Mountain Hot Tub in Butte did everything possible to take care of me. I now have the tub I should have had in the first place and I am thrilled. Their service and assistance was second to none. If you buy a hot tub anywhere but at Mountain Hot Tub (especially from Charli) you are making a grave mistake.
5 yrs ago I bought my first hot tub from the Butte location. I recently upgraded & bought my second hot tub in October. The entire staff are extremely helpful & especially Charli she goes out her way to make sure you are satisfied she can answer questions about everything to do with Mountain Hot Tub Steve & Jake did an excellent job setting up the tub very professional & explained the tub. I would rate my experience a10. I can depend on their store for a friendly face.
We just received our third Hot Springs Spa in 21years. The product, service and crew at Mountain Hot Tubs in Butte just keeps getting better. We wouldn't deal with anyone else for a hot tub or related products. Keep up the good work Steve, Jake and Charli.
