Multiple times packages have been left on my doorstep in the rain. When I try to call to talk with them about putting packages inside my garage I get a representative who is in Central America. Very frustrated with frequent damages packages that could easily be solved.
they won't deliver the day before Christmas. wow. also saying won't deliver today because of local weather conditions. total lie. sunny and roads are clear. avoid their services. use UPS
This is the third time FedEx has delivered my package to the wrong address.
