took the BF there for his B-day and we ordered the ribs. when they came it was dry like jerky. we told the waiter and he said ok. any thing else you need? no. it wasn't good. the fries where to salty. so over all my experience was bad. wait the only good thing that we got was the mozzarella wedges. they where the boom. but waiter didn't make you feel welcoming. the table next to us was dirty and when we left is still wasn't cleaned. I wrote the manager and sent the receipt telling them about my experience and I haven't heard back. So I think they don't care. so don't go there for anything other than a burger or the cheese wedges. and don't expect good service. if you get a window seat its nice.
I asked for a side of waffle fries with chilli on top. The waitress was great and very personable while waiting for my food. The food arrived with half of the fries almost black and half uncooked. Had to run so I asked for a to go container and a bill. Shocked by a price of $13 for a side of fries and chilli. Paid and left but even after walking several blocks my feet were still sticky from the floor. Always good service but food and pricing were not great this time.
This place is very nice on the inside friendly staff great food lots of tvs for sports and news
The appetizers and drinks were good. My steak was awful, it was still cold/almost frozen in the middle, yet overdone and chewy on the outside. Quite the accomplishment! Steaks are so easy to cook that there is no excuse. When I tried to send it back, they informed me they were out of steaks now (really?), so I just ate it.
Great experience eating in a vault that may have held so many rare coins and currency. Great food, good service. Ate here while on a short vacation with my parents.
