These guys deserve every bit of business that they get. My engine threw a piston outside of town and these guys called me back the next day with a detailed diagnosis and price estimate. When I told them I needed to think about it, the service rep Dan gave me his personal cell phone number for me to contact him over the weekend. Finally, when I decided I couldn't afford the service, he and two techs volunteered to help push my car on the trailer. I'm amazed and surprised at the level of customer service. It was above and beyond for anywhere, let alone in Butte. If I buy another Subaru I'm making the trip from Bozeman for service.
Terrible customer service. Over $700.00 in service, supposed to get complimentary wash and vacuum. Items in console were thrown into back seat, seats were covered in dust and dirt, front seat cover was laying on seat, engine was not washed as promised, clock was not reset. Car was half assed washed. Did they actually do all the work they said they did? Will not return. Yes they sheepishly offered to clean car but they had it for a whole day already and said it was done. Again, butte businesses no nothing about customer service

We are on a cross-country trip in our Subaru Outback, and our brakes began to fail while driving through the mountains. We had a horrible shimmy whenever we applied the brakes on the downhill trek. I drove into Subaru of Butte early afternoon on a Friday. They fit me in right away, diagnosed the problem, and had the brakes fixed by the end of the day. They even dropped me off and picked me up from our hotel so I would not have to wait in the dealership. The service was brilliant, and reasonable in cost (love the “no sales tax”). We can now complete our trip in safety. We live in Michigan but may buy our next Subaru in Butte.
