The delivery guys for my sleeper sofa were absolutely Great! They were super efficient, courteous and went the extra-mile to make things Perfect!! Thanks again guys!!
I have to say, i have never been talked to so rudely by someone in customer service before...they are to deliver a dresser for us (which is already a week later than expected) . i called last evening and the lady said we were confirmed for a delivery between 8am and noon today...i received a call at 9am and they said they needed me to answer or couldn't deliver...unfortunately i was walking my dogs but called as soon as i got the message at 9:16....no one answered though i tried 2 numbers...later i finally got in touch with someone and the guy basically said i lied and never called and they couldn't deliver the dresser now...so disappointing!!!
I had a sofa delivered today by these guys. The bottom and plastic around the edges was covered in mud. When I asked if I could remove the muddy plastic before it was packed inside my house one of the delivery guys got really snarky with me. He asked me if I still wanted it, and said they could just leave it outside as it poured down rain. It took me a minute or two to get the plastic off, but apparently that was too much time for this guy to wait.
