Don't get the chicken fried steak. Sadly this wasn't actually chicken fried steak. It was a bloody rare steak covered in bland gravy. The scrambled eggs seemed to be from a bag not fresh eggs. The biscuits were really bitter, too much baking powder. The salmon seemed to be out of a can. The drip coffee tasted like farmer's brothers.
Best breakfast quesadilla ever. Very impressed. Went there the last two days for it, and plan on going there many more times in the future. Coffee is superb as well! Double thumbs up!!

Don’t go here if you want to get out within two hours. Don’t go here if you want to consume warm food. The server forgot a side order of eggs. No big deal. Waiting 45 minutes for an order that had been placed an hour and a half prior is. When we asked for a replacement for a cold sausage biscuit (it was textured more like a rock but that’s beside the point) it would not arrive in any foreseeable timeline. Cold food, slow, in-attentive service makes this a hard pass for anybody driving through an otherwise quaint city.
But, the cinnamon roll was fantastic. Which us good because save a few bites of the potatoes which were also good, but was all I ate. At that point most of the plate was covered in the steak blood, and I just pushed the plate over to my boyfriend and said, you have it.
Homemade baked goods, great breakfast, and delicious coffee. Affordable. Can be very busy on weekends and around brunch time, which can make seating scarce. Highly recommend for unique eating experience and friendly staff.
Additionally, you pay before the meal, meaning you tip before you actually get served. So I tipped great for a terrible meal. But the cinnamon roll was awesome. Wish I had saved $30 on breakfast and gotten 2 of them instead.
