Went in to buy Clip in hair extensions. Was told by the MANAGER that the set she recommended came with 10 pieces even though the box depicted 5. She said "no that's just the bigger pieces that come in the set, it also comes with two extra in case you'd like to dye them" Great! So I bought the more expensive ones. Get home no less than an hour later to discover there's only 5. Go back and because there's no returns on hair and the Manager has left I leave my name and number so she can contact me to see if maybe I could get a discount on the next set I will obviously need to buy. No one has contacted me. Nothing has been done. EXTREMELY disappointed with the customer service over there. If you're the manager maybe know what you're taking about before you Talk a customer out of the product they want and into a more expensive less quantity product instead. Would give no rating if I could but one star will do.
