their follow-up could use a bit of work though. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and I'm sure they were busy after the snow storm, but getting a status on my car was not easy.

Had a fender bender and they made it like it never happened. They told me when it would be done, and it was done on time. A great place to do business. Jeff handled all of the insurance details for me, all I had to do was drop off the car and pick it up. Totally awesome dealing with them.
All I can say is as it shouldn't cost $100 to pull a tiny little car two and a half feet out of a small snow berm when you're stuck. I understand that there's overhead and I understand the drivers have to travel and I certainly get it that they have to make a living too, but the last time I was stuck in a snow berm the most I have ever been charged has been $60. This was also on Christmas and yes I know I should be thankful that these people were operating on Christmas but it just never seems to fail that whenever passing through Butte Montana any kind of issue with an automobile in this town will get you gouged.
During the winter, I ran off the road with my 3/4 ton truck and bent the front of the frame. Took it to these guys at the recommendation of the local salvage yard. All can say is that I'm very impressed with the job they did. The estimate they gave me before starting work on the truck was right on and way less than others I had called. The courtesy and friendly atmosphere was an unexpected surprise. In the end, the work they did straightening out the truck frame was excellent. Don't hesitate to try these guys.
