Absolutely the worst. Just drive to Helena . They won't greet you, do everything in their power to be difficult, and overcharge you! I was supposed to get the switcher credit and never received my “gift cards”. I will never go in this store again.
Very very excellent very experienced the lady made manager that runs the place she always ends up running the place by herself usually and it's very easy to find over by Walmart or KMart excuse me and then across from Wendy's across from Subway and yeah they're very kind very good people
Good luck.... no eye contact when walking in the door. No one ever seems to know what is going on or they have WAY too much to handle on their own. Need more employees or a bill pay machine.
Poor customer service, couldn’t answer my questions about switching service. I ended up staying with my current provider.
My husband tried to upgrade to a new phone this evening and drove from Anaconda. He got there about 20 minutes before closing so they suddenly happened to have no internet so they couldn't help him. I call bluff and they just wanted to get out of there. Poor customer service!
