Shelly was very Knowledgeable and explained all my options. Even though we are friends outside of the store she didn't take any shortcuts. She explained everything in detail. Helped pick the right phone and all accessories. Even got me to purchase more than I normally would because she was so knowledgeable of the products and sold me on them.
Taya was extremely attentive. She was able to get my phone back in working order. It took a while but it wasn't busy at that moment in the store so I had a lovely chat with her and one of the other sales gals as my phone was restored. I was so stressed out when I went in but their friendly and knowledgeable attitudes made me realize I definitely went to the right place. Thanks again Taya!

I was running out of internal storage on my phone and couldn't figure out how to get more apps etc scooted over to my SD card. I went to Verizon today and Austin and Sienna took care of it for me quickly. They freed up 2 GB. Best experience I could be hoped for! Thank you!
