TOTSLLY DISGUSTED WITH EVERY REPRESENTATIVE THAT WE'VE DEALT WITH THUS FAR.
We still have yet to receive any compensation from verizon or 1 consistent monthly bill, 3 LINES IS COSTING ALMOST $300 per month!
We switched on October 25th 2016 and are still calling in every 10 days to argue and plead our case for getting our $650 gift cards.

If I could give this a negative star I would. I wanted to change my plan and was told it would only cost me a little more (maybe 30.00) than I was already paying. The way they changed the plan it would actually cost me about 60.00 dollars more. When I called to ask why and tell them I was not going to pay that much more they did not explain why the large increase or offer to find a solution. I called the verizon support #611 and after a long wait (which was worth it) I received the best customer support. Copper City had set me up with four lines on my account which caused the large amount - I only have two lines.... Horrible experience. I will go out of town or work with the online support people from here forward.
Instead of spending money at Cellular Plus - where not only is not locally owned, but you're a number and not a person, come see if Copper City can't get you done, and set your expectations on service, miles above the average.

THE BEST PART ABOUT THIS SCAM IS THAT WHEN YOU GO INTO A VERIZON STORE THEY ADVISE YOU THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO AND THAT YOU HAVE TO CALL THEIR 800 NUMBER.

ALMOST 6 MONTHS LATER AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE THE $1900 I PAID SPRINT FOR OUR PHONES THAT WE MAILED INTO VERIZON AND FOR THE CONTRACT TERMINATION.
Update: The manager contacted me per this review. He was genuinely concerned about the service I received. At the end of the conversation I was satisfied that the manager will correct the issue and moving forward service will be better.
NIGHTMARE! - We were promised $650 per line when turning in our old phones and switching to Verizon from Sprint.
After a documented chat session promising our $1,950.00, all of our submission ID's, website tracking numbers, fed-ex tracking/shipping info we still have not received any compensation or a guarantee that we will!
The worst customer service I have ever received I wish the other owner had kept this place the new people are complete assholes
