All room entries were on the interior hallway.
So 2 nice people kinda cancelled out the rude Richard head that hung up on me.
Had to squeeze between bed and bathroom door to use bathroom the whole room was laid out screwy. The lady who check us on was great, called a few days later in regard to charges on my card the guy was ultra rude said i would have to speak to the owner and hung up the phone. Called again spoke to owner and he was quite nice and had already resolved the additional charges before I called.
During the day there is some traffic noise from i90 , but that dissipates greatly at night as traffic draws to nil.
If you come with your snoot stuck out.. expecting a $200 room for an economy price, you'll find a reason to complain.
Comfy and fits the bill. If you're used to "turn down service".. don't bother.
Loved hearing the giant American flag popping in the wind.
No hair in the tub. No dust bunnies in the corners. No bottle caps behind the nightstand. The linens were fresh and neatly prepared. No dust on the tip of the door frames. No smeared windows.
This was a great location for a late night check-in. The staff was friendly. The bar was accommodating. The room was very updated and clean. Perfect for what we needed, a simple clean place to sleep!
The service was wonderful. The room was very clean and well organized. I also had a nice smell. The room reminded me of a 4 star hotel.
The room I had was not equipped with a fridge or microwave.. I do not know if that is an upgrade that is available.
I checked for standard turn offs and found found none.
There is a bar/lounge in the lower level and it is fully stocked. I've been here twice and never seen more than a few heads in there, so it a quiet place to grab a cocktail or beer. I doubt it gets wild.
What you'll get here is very friendly greetings, an average room that is very clean, a TV that receives basic service, (CNN TBS ESPN local affiliates and ME and older watchable networks. No HBO etc.)
Traveling out west with my wife, we booked a place in Butte coming from Yellowstone. This place is not actually in Butte, but a few miles down the road in a small truck stop town. Positives: the staff was friendly and the rooms were not dirty. Negatives: the bed was uncomfortable, there are very few TV channels, the room was not stocked properly, there is no refrigerator or microwave, if you want to do anything other than go to McDonald's you must drive 10 minutes, there was a weird odor in the room that never fully went away... Nothing screamed "find a different place to stay", and it was quite inexpensive, but I would suggest spending a little extra to find a different motel or hotel. All things considered, it gave me a clean bed to rest for the night between Yellowstone and Seattle, and for that it was acceptable.
Just remember.. it's an economy lodging. It is not an 'in town' luxury bed and breakfast.
