The next morning I noticed a very small scratch on the edge of the table. Very minor but I thought I would get advice on how to buff it out. Gillams not only provided me with the materials but called that evening and offered me a replacement table! It was a very kind but unnecessary gesture. Their willingness to provide satisfaction to their customers is worthy of the high marks in this rating.

Pretty nice furniture....for being off brand
I would like to relay an experience of dealing with Gillams. We decided to purchase a kitchen island table which they agreed to deliver. It was delivered and placed in our kitchen at no additional cost.
