Didn't inform me they would be closing for the Labor Day Weekend and gave us the wrong store location for pick up. Was a hour late getting the vehicle and had friends waiting at my place to help me move. Their lack of communication made an already stressful move even more stressful. Had I been told that they were going to be closed, and that I just had to call their hotline to get directions for vehicle pickup at the time of scheduling my request, it would of made things a lot less stressful. Not to mention being sent to the Harrison location, only to find out that the vehicle was at the Montana Street location, when I called on my order. It was a very unpleasant experience. Will go w/ Budget truck or Rider, if I ever move again.
